How Do I Know My Order Has Been Dispatched?

You will receive an email from us to confirm your item has been sent. You can check the status of your order by accessing your account. Once the status of your items changes to "Shipment Shipped", that means your parcel is on the way to you. 

Where is My Package?

We will provide you an order tracking number whenever the order status is changed to "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted on your account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with the tracking number, you can enter the shipping company's official website below to check where exactly your package is.
